Bringing the Joys of Chamber Music to the Next Generation…
What better way to wind up our Chamber Players’ season, than to take a peek into the future of chamber music? This concert will allow you to do just that, as you enjoy chamber music played by some of the most talented young musicians in Santa Cruz County.
The Celebrating Youth concert features instrumentalists and singers aged 12 – 18, playing selections from some of the most popular chamber works. There is nothing simplified or watered-down about the music – this is real chamber music, performed with the spark of youthful vitality.
Come and hear for yourself what these gifted students can do after years of private lessons, six months of diligent ensemble work, and intensive coaching from the area’s finest music teachers.
